  42. This is bullshit! ANAK of Vilma Santos breaks all existing philippines box office records in 2000. How come Isusumbong sa Tatay Ko is there at top 10 and ANAK is not?

  43. This is unreliable and bitter source. I have never seen a line of people like I’ve seen while ANAK is shown in Ayala Cinemas in May 2009.

  46. TATLONG BARAHA NG MGA LAPID DAPAT ANG NUMBER 1 SA LAHAT, WALANG SINABI ANG TITANIC SA MUVING ITO!!!

  47. It’s nice to know that Star Cinema has been producing quality films over the past few years. As a child who grew up in the 80′s, the movies and even television programs and commercials played a big part in my happy childhood days. The past, as they say, belongs to the past. But it is very comforting to know that you can still get a glimpse of a part of your memorable past thru movies and films.

As a person who maintains a blog about 80′s pinoy movies and tv programs, I wish that you continue to document these information so that someday, children of the present, will and can have the luxury of reliving their own pasts. =)

  48. judy ann is really the queen of all the box office queen!!! agree??? yes u should be! go juday…love yah…

  49. the top grossing film is YOU CHANGED MY LIFE by Sarah Geronimo and John Lloyd cruz gross income (207 Million approximately)

  50. i think that the fight scene of Rise Of The Lycans is not very great, it is just plain action ‘

  58. UNIZIK say: nice content here.

  59. the true barometer of the real top grossing films of all time is the numbers of tickets sold during the duration of its showing here in the phil be it locally produced films/intl movies. take the case of sukob, tanging ina nyong lahat and lately no other woman (all star cinema produced films). these films were released in different years so it is understood their tickets were sold on different pices plus the exchange dollar rates to be computed.in short we will know the real all time box-office topnotcher by tallying ticket sales and dollar rates exchange.i hope any film buffs who are involved in this job will do constructive innovations for the realiable rankings.
